About Us
About Giggles & Cuddles
Giggles & Cuddles is a South African children's lifestyle e-commerce brand and a trading division of SIVELISA QMS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD.
We are committed to making carefully selected children's and baby products accessible to families through a convenient online shopping experience.
Our online store allows customers to browse and purchase products from the comfort of their homes, with orders fulfilled through our supplier and fulfilment network.
We focus on product selection, customer service, online retail, marketing and creating a convenient shopping experience for parents and families.
Our Vision
Our long-term vision is to grow Giggles & Cuddles from an online children's retail business into a recognised South African children's lifestyle brand with a presence in major cities across the country.
As the business grows, we aim to develop dedicated fulfilment capacity and eventually establish physical retail locations, creating employment opportunities and contributing to the South African economy.

We are committed to:
● Providing convenient online shopping for parents and families
● Offering carefully selected children's products
● Providing responsive customer service
● Building a trusted South African brand
